In 2015, Horsley’s owner and manager, Becky Render, came to it’seeze Ryedale looking to develop a better online presence. The company already had an Interflora site, but it didn’t reflect the business and wasn’t particularly effective at driving sales.
Becky wanted a site that would help to drive the business forward, attracting customers to the beautiful shop and promoting the stunning flowers they have on offer. In addition, Becky wanted to help to develop the corporate services, promoting them to potential business customers across Malton and beyond.
Looking further ahead, Becky saw an opportunity in expanding the online sales platform beyond Interflora, with the goal of eventually launching a dedicated online shop where the florists could sell direct to customers.
